The group classes take place at Schloss Trachselwald.

You will be informed of short-term schedule changes via WhatsApp/SMS.

 

Pilates
The Pilates classes are based on the needs of the participants. New choreographies start after the holidays
and are thoroughly and carefully introduced at a simple level and progress from class to class.

Pilates Level 1-2
With the help of fundamental and a few chosen intermediate exercises/exercise sequences,
we dive deep into the Pilates method. Ideal for beginners, a stepping stone for returners' and
challenging and enlightening for the experienced.

Pilates Level 2-3
Fluent from one exercise to another. We start gently and end strongly and smoothly up to advanced exercises.

 

TriYoga Level Basics-Level 1
Ideal for Yoga beginners, returners, interested people and all yoga enthusiasts, who would like to deepen their
basic training. Everyone continues from where they left off.

 

TriYoga Level 2
These lessons mainly include Level 2 exercises and are aimed at Yogis and Yoginis, who are well versed in Level Basics and Level 1.


Please contact me if you are new to my group classes so that we can get to know each other briefly and so
that I can give you a needs-based class from the start.
