In case of health concerns or complaints, as well as pregnant
participants and participants after childbirth,
please consult a
doctor/physiotherapist before the beginning of the training and get approval.
Financial:
Group classes: The amount is valid with the purchase (date of invoice) and has
to be paid within
30 days in cash or via e-banking.
One-to-one trainings and taster lessons: are to be paid in cash after
the lesson.
Pack classes are valid 1 year (the studio is open approx. 40 weeks/year)
after purchase.
Important: Packs are non-transferable, non-renewable and non-changeable!
Changes to the timetable do not entitle you to cancel/change your pack.
Courses: If you miss a class during a course, you may participate in another class
(only during the
timeframe of the current course!).
If
classes longer than two weeks per calendar year cannot take place due to my own personal fault
(illness, accident,
family obligations, etc.), the pack/course will be extended accordingly by the missed
time after these first two weeks.
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the start of the class are free
of charge.
Barbara Lüthi YOGA & PILATES reserves the right to charge for classes that
are repeatedly
cancelled too late or not cancelled at all.
…you are late for group classes…
Please text me a short message, so that I can keep a place free for you, so
there is no disturbance
after the start of the lesson.
... and then just join quietly...
Mute
your mobile during group classes. If you need to keep your phone
switched on,
please take your mobile with you to the mat and make sure that it
is set up quietly and
please leave the room to make the phone call.
As
an exception, children may also be taken to a group class, as long as
they do not interfere.
Hygiene: Mats and material are available and carefully cleaned after training.
(Of course, you can also bring your own mat/material.) Please bring your own towel,
which can be folded into a pillow, dries sweat, serves as an aid and
warms the feet in the relaxation part...
For a fee of CHF 2.00, towels can be rented.
Please wear clean and fresh socks for the training on the apparatuses
for hygienic reasons.
When
it comes to clothing, it is important to pay attention to wear
clothes which are comfortable
and made from elastic material.
Tight-fitting clothing makes it easier for me to recognize imbalances/bad
posture.
For Yoga classes: a sweater or jacket, as well as thick socks provide cosy warmth in the relaxation part at the end.
Jewellery, zippers, buttons and rivets have no place on the mat and
especially on the studio apparatuses/equipment!
Drinking, eating, smoking: Make sure you drink enough fluids before and
especially after training.
The last main meal before
training should be taken about 2 hours before the course.
Out of respect for
the other participants as well as for me, please refrain from smoking before
training
and make sure your breath is fresh.
Insurance is the sole responsibility of the participants. Barbara Lüthi YOGA & PILATES assumes no liability for accidents/property damage/theft. Each participant is responsible for the relevant insurance.
